MICHAEL J. SPALDING, OF COUNSEL
Michael focuses his practice on energy law, advising exploration and production companies at all phases of development, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, performing due diligence on contract, title and regulatory matters, resolving operational disputes and land use conflicts, and examining complex oil and gas title.   

Prior to joining the energy industry, Michael was a Chief Prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried over 70 criminal cases to verdict.
