TYLER T. FLYNN, ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Tyler, an Associate Attorney with Alford & O’Brien, P.C., practices oil, gas, and mineral law with expertise in rendering complex Drilling and Division Order title opinions for clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and North Dakota.

In addition to his involvement in oil and gas title, Tyler has extensive experience counseling real estate professionals in various aspects of transactional real estate law.  As a former Escrow Officer and drafting attorney for a fee closing office and an independent title insurance agency, Tyler is well-versed in residential and commercial title insurance and the closing process.  Tyler is proficient in drafting a variety of transactional real estate documents, and he provides A&O with a unique real estate skill-set that supports residential, commercial and farm and ranch real estate professionals in getting their most intricate and complex deals closed.
